The Institute reserves the right to dismiss/discontinue a Student for failure to maintain satisfactory academic/attendance progress (see catalog for maximum time frame), breach of Institute rules or regulations, or for any cause the Institute deems necessary for the good of the Institute.

If the Student fails to complete the program by the scheduled date, if it is not extended by the Institute for medical or excusable reasons, hours made up after graduation day will be charged at the hourly rate shown above in advance. (See catalog for limitations on excusable absences).
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS: Students must maintain a 75% average for graduation (see catalog for grading). A diploma/hours of completion is awarded to every Student who successfully completes the program (inclusive of make-up hours, completes all written/practical evaluations and clinic minimums) and who have met their monetary obligations in accordance with this enrollment agreement, including paying all outstanding charges.
While placement service is provided, it is understood that the school cannot promise or guarantee employment to any Student or graduate.
A copy of this enrollment agreement, rules and regulations and the school catalog have been received and read by me at the time of execution.
UPON COMPLETION OF THE REQUIRED HOURS OF TRAINING TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE STATE BOARD EXAMINATION, YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 17 YEARS OF AGE AND SHALL HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION OR THE EQUIVALENT.
